Because Banff is well known as a tourist destination, the rugby club relies heavily on the Banff and Canmore locals who play from year to year.
As the case for tourist destinations, Banff does have a lot of transient people who come to the area to work for the summer or winter periods. Therefore we welcome any international players who would like to play rugby. We enjoy our rugby and all aspects of the life and game because mauling in the mountains is more fun.
